Recycling Days for March: Friday the 5th and 19th. Be sure to collapse your boxes!
Summer Blast Update: Summer Blast committee is in initial stages of planning for June 25/26/27 – please advise the office if you would like to see a street dance held and if you would like to sign up as a volunteer! We are open to ideas for Saturday night!
Welcome Wagon: For your information, the welcome wagon visited 20 households in 2009. We would like to extend a warm welcome to our community!
Snow Removal: We would like to remind all residents that when we have heavy snowfalls – please have patients – the public works department has many other responsibilities too; they try to complete snow removal as quickly and efficiently as possible!
Drinking Water Quality & Compliance: The Town of Hague 2009 Annual Notice to Consumers and the 2010 Waterworks Rate Policy / Capital Investment Strategy are available at the office for your inspection.
Please be advised that effective May 1, 2010 (subject to SMB approval) a water and sewer increase will be implemented. Council has initiated the increase to provide a utility service that is self sufficient and to recover capital costs associated to the lagoon expansion planned for 2010.
Garage Sales: It’s that time of year again - time to clean out your cabinets and closets! Is there enough interest for another annual Town Garage Sale? Please let us know at the office and we will confirm a weekend.
Payments: Just a reminder that utility/tax payments can be made in person using cash/cheque/debit. You may also use online services depending on your banking institution. We do accept post dated cheques.

Skater Achievement Day
on
Sunday March 14, 2010
at 2:30 p.m. at the Hague Arena. CanSkate and StarSkate Medals will be awarded. Silver donation / Raffle table / Pie and coffee. Watch for posters!
